INGREDIENTS
Serves 4
Handful of fresh basil
pinch of sea salt
handful of mixed sunflower and pumpkin seeds
freshly grated handful of parmesan cheese
olive oil
2 cloves garlic
METHOD
Toast lightly pumpkin and sunflower seeds to enhance the flavour
After you have cooled the seeds place in a food processer or blender minus the oil,
add oil gradually continue to pulse until smooth.
