Yes! its healthy and natural .this fiery spice is age-old ,used by our grandparents to treat digestive problems ,heartburn( nyon'o)
not only does it add flavour to cullinary dishes it has healing properties,so next time you see ginger on the market just be aware is been around for ages cultivated on zimbabwe soil.
For Treating Digestive Problem,Heartburn, Sore-throat
Ingredients
-1 Teapot of freshly boiling water
-1tsb freshly grated ginger
-3 lemon lemon slices
-1tsb honey to taste
Method
In a teapot add ginger and boiling water, lemon slices and honey allow to infuse for 3-5mins.Strain with a tea-strainer.Pour into a cup and drink as tea.
